Application for membership procedure:

To ensure that every new member is fully informed and prepared for what they will encounter on a typical outing, it is essential they attend a brief induction session before venturing out on a walk with us. We hope that armed with this knowledge your first experience with us will prove to be an enjoyable one.

The induction will take about 1/2 hour and will be conducted by experienced club members and will contain a short video of the type of terrain we walk through.

Induction sessions are planned to coincide with our General Meetings and will commence at 6:30pm on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the downstairs room, Mackay Family Care and Community Support Association Centre, 60 Wellington St, Mackay.

Intending new members please email to arrange attendance at an induction session.


To assist us please also bring along a completed Membership form and Child Risk Waiver (if applicable) available below.


We also urge you to thoroughly read the member's handbook filled with useful information on club rules and safety.
